Administrative Assistant Job

Responsibilities

  • Responding to all emails, and general offices duties
  • Back end support: such as telephone reception
  • Prepare and manage social media exchanges
  • Participate in the scheduling process of meetings
  • Communicate supply levels with the Executive Director
  • Support event planning
  • Staff and student travel
  • Correspondence between parents and organization

Skills

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Suite Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,Outlook)
  • Have an interest and/or experience in working in a professional setting
  • Dependable, prompt, and with an attention to detail
  • Optimistic, patient, and adaptive
  • Knowledgeable of New Orleans school systems

Qualifications

  • 2 years ¬†administrative or office management experience
